What buyers ask us first
The questions that come up on nearly every first call.
How fast do homes sell here?
It depends on the price band. Move-in-ready homes under the county median tend to go quickly; anything needing work or priced above the band sits longer. We will show you the actual days-on-market for the neighbourhoods you are considering.
Do I need to be pre-approved before we start looking?
Not to look, but yes before you write. A pre-approval letter is what separates a serious offer from a browsing one, and in a competitive band it is often the difference.
Can you help if I am buying from out of state?
Most of our buyers are. We do video walkthroughs, handle inspections in person, and can close remotely.
